If you choose to use your own API keys for AI translation services (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Groq), these keys are stored securely in your browser's local storage (synced storage area) and are used solely to make direct requests to the respective AI providers from your browser. We never transmit your keys to our own servers.

External Services

To provide lyrics and translations, LyriMind may communicate directly with the following third-party services:

• YouTube Music: To control playback and retrieve song metadata.
• Google Translate / Gemini / OpenAI / Groq: To perform translations (based on your settings).
• LRCLIB.net / Simple Music API: To search for and retrieve lyrics.

These interactions are subject to the privacy policies of their respective providers.
